Hailing from the unrestrained Chaos of the celestial realms, astrians come in almost any form or temperament.
Created for the protection and maintainance of the natural order, Dwermen are rarely seen outside their hidden underground cities save to contain large world tears. Stout and strong, they are often mistaken for short men, but are unique, most obviously in their pure white eyes that can see in pitch darkness. Since the sundering of the Great War they prefer to keep their unceasing repair work covert and have little dealings with mankind. Despite their isolation, however, most Dwermen are on the whole friendly to men, and many are facinated by the mystery of the race that holds such high spiritual favor.
Though aelfkind is a shadow of its former glory, the Elende cling to their old ways. Though many that survived the war were assimilated by the anthegals through marriage or conquest, some independent settlements exist in the few unexplored corners of the world. Despite their desperate struggle, the star elves continue to uphold their mission to protect natural life from the darkness of the Great Forests and unchecked mortal greed.
While many shapeshifters seek to reunite with their chaotic god directly, some ascend to the celestial realms to continue their journey towards the truth unburdened by physical concerns.
Avatars of justice, skill, and wisdom, Kriegands are war spirits called upon by anthegals in their hour of need. Created by heroes by the virtuous power displayed during the peak of their lives, Kriegands are not distinct souls, but echoes reflected from another time, past or future, by the celestial realm.
Meaning 'guardian,' Mismar are Aeliokos who fill the ranks of the host of Heaven.
While the doom of every Sek-Agkelos is to wander until The Final Day, some are granted the mercy of a comforting spirit to give them companionship.
A corruption of 'joy bringer,' Nosasru are agents of Kakos sent to punish those that would resist the dark princes.
As the fires of the Great War descended on aelfkind, the Ranade were forced to take refuge in the Great Forests they sought to destroy. Adapted to the darkness and hardened by the danger, the moon elves are rutheless and slow to trust. Despite their desperate struggle, the moon elves continue to uphold their mission to protect natural life, unseen by the eyes of civilized folk.
